Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Dubai Perfume Wala
At Dubai Perfume Wala, we offer a curated range of premium perfumes crafted for men, women, and unisex preferences. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of fragrances, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
We request you to review your order carefully before placing it.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, and strictly in genuine cases.
Eligible for Exchange (Only if):
- The product is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect
- A complete unboxing video is recorded from start to finish (mandatory proof)
Exchange Request Window:
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is required for all claims
- Claims without video proof will not be accepted
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used perfumes
- Opened or tampered products (unless damaged in transit)
- Personal preference issues (e.g., fragrance not liked)
- Minor outer packaging damage
Return Process
- If reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it
- If not, the customer must self-ship the product to our provided address
Return / Exchange Charges
- Applicable depending on location and case
- These will be communicated at the time of request
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds
- Only replacement/exchange is provided in eligible cases
In rare cases where replacement is not possible, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Dubai Perfume Wala.
Replacement Timeline
- Once the request is approved, replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days
Important Notes
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Requests raised after the allowed timeframe will not be accepted
- Dubai Perfume Wala reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions
